Dreaming
Darkness sends a thrill,
Corridors with shadows coming,
Echoing with footsteps running,
Panic with a chill.

Realize you're alone,
Everyone has left already,
Only if your hands were steady
You could use the phone.

Standing on a stage,
What's your line, you can't remember,
Where's your clothes you poor pretender,
Script has lost a page.

Floating off the ground,
Gravity, you don't have any,
Wedding ring out of a penny,
Catch her with one bound.

The girl is in your hands,
Taste a kiss extraordinary,
Leap to find yourself in airy
Flight to foreign lands.

Waking up you find,
Good old world's the same as ever,
Dreams won't keep, despite endeavor,
Let them fall behind.
